Q: Not Thinking of Me

Can a man 43 years of age prolong premature ejectulation
or do you think he is just being selfish?
Crying or Very sad

if so are there ways to do so without medication

Yes he could change if he wanted to. If he cannot make it happen though without meds than I would insist that he went on them.
I don't waste my time on minute men, or even anyone who lasts less than twenty minutes. That is a quickie for me. No point in taking off your clothes if it isn't going to be worth while.
