Wow, I just got some of the baker's breakfast cookies this week, and they are really wonderful. I read an article in prevention magazine about them, how they are really nutritious. I also saw an ad in one of my fitness magazines, so I ordered some from [link removed] and I have fallen in love!

They are high fiber, lowfat, no cholesterol, no preservatives, no dairy and no hydrogenated oil. The flavors are great - i've tried the double chocolate chunk, lemon poppy seed and the apple pie. Very filling and just the thing to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I told my friend about them, and she said she saw them in her grocery store (publix in ft. Lauderdale). I'll have to check mine. Hope they have them! You gotta try 'em.

You did know that in baking if you are trying to be healthy (for cakes and cookies, etc) that you can substitute oil with applesauce...

I think the applesauce works better anyways, everything stays much moister and it's a lot healthier.
