Q: What to Ask Docs

I am a 34 year old female. I have been experiencing pins & needles sensations in my arms, hands, legs, and feet for about 2 weeks now. I had extreme fatique in my right arm about a week ago. That week was also accompanied by all day nausea, and headache. Last week was ok, as far as the nausea goes. Today it's back. The pins & needles have remained. I had an emotional breakdown in march. Since then, i've notice my memory is terrible. I associated it w/ the breakdown.

I was tested for lyme's disease and lupus, both of which were negative, and my sed rate was, "well w/in normal limits". My doctor is ordering an mri. What else should I ask?

Thank you for reading.

Hi,
i am new to this boad. How did you make out on your mri? My mri only showed 5 lesions, but when they did an evoked potential test I flunked that, plus had optic neuritis. Usually it takes 2 negs on a test to say ms. It sure sounds like you might have it. Gail in nh
