Normally if u have it, its during the first 3 months the worst. Then it subsides mostly. Although some people are very unlucky and have it for a longer time and some dont get it at all. But little things can help.. Like eating a few crackers b4 getting out of bed, and snacking on things like crackers, pretzels etc between meals...Moving to 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones... Theres lots of tips if u look em up* goodluck!

Are the braxton hicks painful? And is labor really as bad as they make it on movies? My mom always laughs when they are screaming their head off and she says its not like that.

I started mine at like 11 weeks and it didnt end il now and im... 16 weeks on friday! It was really bad, but drink sprite, ginger ale and like jeni said the brat diet. My doc said the same. Bananas, rice, apples and toast. I also had alot of gum so I wouldnt feel like puking. Ice cream also really helps settle the stomach. I couldnt take anything one day, I was just puking and puking and puked up everything, then I decided at 10 at night to get an ice cream and it helped alot! Finally I fell asleep.
