Hi,

i have been suffering from moderate acne for about 15 years. About a year ago it started getting a lot worse and I was getting a lot of scars. A friend advised me to cut wheat and cheese out of my diet. I decided to give it a go and now 6 months on my skin is much better. I still get spots, but they tend to be small, heal quickly and don't scar. My skin also feels much softer in general. It took a few months for this to really start working, so it's not an overnight remedy, but I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it. The friend who recommended it to me used to have very severe acne, but when I met her she didn't have any spots at all and I never would have known if she hadn't told me.

I hope this helps! Smile

Acne and wheat and cheese
I too have suffered acne for years and had a friend suggest no wheat and cheese. It has worked great for the lat 2 years. Now, the acne is back not as bad as it was but, either way it is back. Now what do I need to cut out of my diet? Ive noticed when I eat brown rice cakes. Anyone else gotten acne from brown rice, maybe there is another food someone else has had to cut?
