Ok I dont count calories, I just hate doing that plus I dont do math lol. Anyways ive been sick for like the last 2 weeks here. So eating is not my priority but now everyone is getting mad at me because im not eating! Especially jose and my mom. I have morning sickness and the stomach flu so anything I eat comes back out somehow! Like jose was mad because I lost 4 pounds from being sick but im not dieting I swear! Just any food makes me feel sick! Chinese food and pizza arent even appealing to me! Nothing is! I gag when I think of food! Lets see yesterday I had cereal, sprite and some rice. And it came out. Then I had 1 tortilla with some beans and meat and I was like super stuffed. Even when I had rice I got really stuffed. And today I had oatmeal, ginger ale (for my stomach) and jello for lunch with maybe half a cup of rice. And my mom got mad because she was like you need to eat! The baby needs it and blah blah, but hello, lets clear the air im not dieting!!!! Food just sounds really sick to me!!!! Lol

anyone else having this problem? Or am I the wierdo again? Lol

Ok good im not alone. Last time I drank gatorade I puked it up, so I took that off my list, crackers sound sick. So does pasta. When I think of food I either have no feeling on it or it makes my stomach turn lol. And pasta made it turn. Right now im munching on 2 cookies, 2 strawberries and 3 cherries lol and water

Im sick like that all day too. All food sounds gross to me, and I just puke it back up. I've been able to keep down oranges (thank god, because that would be rough) saltines, chicken soup, scarmbled eggs and wheat toast. Hopefully you get over this soon..How far along are you? Im 13 weeks, I hope mine ends soon..Sad

Nikki don't worry....I literally lived off of crackers and sprite my first 8 weeks.....But it's fine....The sickness will go away....Luckily I only felt nauseous.....I only pukes 1 time through out my entire pregnancy....But every one was telling me to eat more and more because I honestly didn't eat a whole lot, just when I was hungry (not very often) and when I did eat I ate semi-healthy. But everyone was still tellin me I was gonna have like barely a 6 pound baby.....He came out and was 2 ounces away from 8 pounds! The chunk! Lol.....Tell them to get off your back or you will cram your food down their throat....Lol. I want some sprite.....

Crackers and gatorade sounded gross to me too, yogurt always helped me...And bread, sometimes with meat on it, but only if I was feelin halfway ok... But mainly yogurt, dry bread (or with butter but sometimes that made me sick), and apple juice...

That is how this pregnancy was for me. I became full very fast, ended up throwing it up, tried to eat again and threw up some more- and I lost about 20lbs. I didn't started gaining anything back until about 16 weeks, I had a itty bitty pooch, but nothing else! Don't worry the baby will be fine!
My advice try stuff high in vitamins- like oj with calcium, pre-natals and yogurt if you can.

When I was pregnant, I couldn't even keep down water...So my doctor perscribed me zofran. It's normally given to chemotherapy patients because their chemo make them really sick. It stops the brain from producing the homone that makes you puke basically. It worked really well!! After I took started taking it, I didn't get sick anymore at all.

Just be really careful. And try your hardest to keep down as much as u can. U have to try and make sure to eat things of good nutritional value for whatever u can eat. If it doesnt subside in the next weeks im sure they will do something about it. Hopefully. Goodluck!!
