Can you get hiv from doing lab work if the guy doesn't wear gloves? I am concerned because he goes from one patient to the next without wearing gloves. Are gloves for his protection or mine?

Well I would think gloves are for both your protections I wouldnt have let him take blood without gloves on but that is just me..And I think I would also report him thats just not right..
