I have that same problem. Whenever I eat, I get a stomach ache, and then it feels like I havent eaten anythign at all. I had about 4 meals today and I feel like im starving.

Does anyone know if this is a sign of pregnancy or not?

It's pretty typical. Of course the only way to tell is an hpt.

Well I dont think im pregnant. My stomach is growling quite loud at the moment but I am hungry, the other growling I get has different sound to the hungry growl iv had to learn to tell the difference its actually louder and lasts longer when im not hungry

I experience that on regular basis, I didnt have it when I wasnt pregnant. But now since im 4 weeks along I feel the same way jen. I could eat everything and then I get stomache and then I feel like im empty and starving. I hope this helps.

i have being having this annoying stomach grumbling/bloating and belching for over a week now. i can't really get to sleep at night. i doesn't matter whether i eat or not. could it be a sign of pregnancy.

i dont know weather to think im pregnant or not really, ive thought i was a few times before but now im having a few symptoms. ive JUST finished a homemade pizza, which was amazing!, and my stomachs talking to me! oh and "maxmarnie" - grow up. there was no need for that, people were just looking for some advice.

My stomache has had that grumbling noise too and often aches. I think I am hungry but when I try and eat I don't feel like eating...and I have also been getting headaches...don't really know what that means. I was told that having head and stomache aches are signs of pregnancy..I dunno tho, I just hope not.
