I have a leg injury that I am not quite sure exactly what it is or how to treat it. It feels like a pulled muscle. The pain is in between the ankle and the calf. It is slightly black and blue. When I bend my ankle outward I feel the pull. The pain starts at the outside of the leg 3 inches below the calf and 2 inches above the ankle. Stretching seems to help. It feels better after I apply a heating pad. Does anyone have any idea what this is and how I can treat it?
