Hey everyone... Ok I need ur opinions...

Of course, to make matters only worse and raise my doubts even more.. Today in the bathroom a lady said to me "aw r u having a little girl?" and I said "no... Im havin a boy" .. And shes like "aww.. Well that will be fun to.. But u would have it so much easier havin a girl if the dads not around...It will be much harder raising a boy with out the dad". (she has talked to me b4 and knew about the dad situation) and it just made me upset! Thats not what I wanna hear. A boy does seem to need their dad... What do u think??? Thanks

Father Figure...
Do you have male friends, or brothers? Or even your father? If you feel strongly about this, have your son spend time with these people. You don't need an actual father, as long as there is one male around that will treat your son good, and your son can look up to him for guidence. But honestly hun, mothers have raised wonderful sons with out fathers around!! Have more faith in yourself.

Everything would be fine. I'm the one that does everything for my son while his daddy is at work. I was the one who had to potty train him sitting down first, because that is what he saw me do. Then I had to teach him how to pee standing up. By the time my hubby gets home from work he too tired to do anything with him. I mean he plays with him and all, but it's like jordan said he will be a mommas boy. Just don't raise him to dependeant to you, give him a little freedom. You will do great, you will see how those motherly instinct kicks in. Look at all these girls here, their young but they got the hang of it pretty quickly. Do what I do, play the mommy and daddy role. You could do it many mnay women in this world do it so can you. I have faith in you. Next time someone says something to you, tell them to mind their own business, we don't need you to worry about stupid caca .

Thanks alot girls! That makes me feel alot better! I thought it was kind of rude how she was putting things.. Like trying to make me feel bad. She was also like "moms cant do alot of things with sons.. They need the father there. .Its gonna be real tuff to do it alone''.. Im like ''shutup! Im not alone!! " I have my brother and my dad too. Plus, whoever I end up bein with later ya know.. . Who knows I just think of the daddys playin sports with em etc. But I will be his mom and do my best to play both as much as possible*

I dont know about when they are more then 4 years old but its the same. Efrain wants a daddy and asks for him all the time and selena and tony both love guys when they come around cause they have mostly been around girls. Nothing big so far! The hardest thing is teaching efrain to stand and pee and not sit down! Smile

Oh no no no!! Momma's do alot with their boys! I remember the first time I took zander camping(last april) granite I was like 6 1/2-7 months pregnant but man did we do everything- hiking, fishing, catching bugs! Lol I play catch with him out back on my days off and we watch football together all the time. Moms can do everything dads can! We have no limits-obviously we've gone through labor! Lol

Yup just like jordan said. Thats why I want a boy now because ill have my mommas boy. And now jose wants a girl so he can have his daddys girl. Your boy will be just fine, he will be soo attached to you. Just remember to keep him in boy things you know. Like sports and stuff. And do boy things lol. But when he gets bigger. Im sure he will have manly figures around when hes bigger and needs it.

That lady was kinda rude and out of place to be telling you that though. F someone approaches you again just say, I can do anything a daddy can and he will be a mommas boy, we dont need no man! Lol

dont worry!
