Ok guys, before I got pregnant I used to be able to stick out my stomach and make it look like I was pregnant ok? Now I can't stick it out at all. Just barely a little bit (u cant even tell) and it hurts like hell! Why is this? I'm not tryin to look pregnant or anything but I just wonder why I can't do it anymore.....

It has to do with havin a baby then. Cuz even when I was reallly tiny I could stick out my belly like that. So it must be from havin a baby

The answer to your question is this.....
B4 you are pregnant your muscles in your belly are sort of over lapping and as your belly grows the muscles seperate, as much as 30cm apart, with some women even more! Then once you have had the baby they are still seperated, you need to do stomach crunches to get them to return to their normal position, so even though your belly looks flat the muscles are still weak, if you feel down the middle of your stomach and press a little you will feel what I am talking about, especially if you have some one there who has never been pregnant and you feel theirs too
