Q: Dance for fitness

I am a fitness instructor, but I really believe the best way for anyone to enjoy exercise is through dance. If you already love to dance, hit the floor hard every week! If you're nervous about it, most gyms are offering more dance related programs now. Salsa fitness is really hot, but there are other styles like Reggae or even belly dancing or 50's and 60's type styles. Find the music you like and let yourself go . It's a great tension releaser and will do wonders for your waistline!
