I hope someone can help me. I have not passed a stole for 2 weeks. I have to go and it is intensely painful. Everytime I sit on the toliet I sit there in severve pain and do pass the stole. It seems that it is to big and hard to pass. What can I do. I'm not having the problem of having the strong feeling of going it just to big and painful for me to push so I stop the process.

Yep.. Try taking a laxative and then take fiber supplements once a day for a week to see if this gets you back on track.

Extremely eHealthy
I am not a Dr. But as a caregiver I know it is not good to strain a lot their are glycerin suppositories over the counter you can use, pre-measured enema's, oral citrate of magnesium is one they use in the hospital a lot. I know it is rough because when I have to take extra pain meds I get that way. I also take a stool softener 2 times a day. I hope I have helped! You might also ask your Dr. To do a colonoscopy on you.
Sincerely,
sandy
