The difference between stomach pain and gastric pain is that one is associated strictly with the stomach itself versus gastric pain which occurs because of interruptions or problems with the gastric system. This could mean a buildup of gas, too much acid, or your stomach being irritated and being sore due to these problems. It could even be a backup of the stomach not emptying correctly. If the ultrasound is clear and the h.Pylori test (which is the test for ulcers) is clear than most likely you may have either eaten something your stomach didn't like or had developed a virus that was giving you bad pain. A few months ago I had stomach pains for over a month and the doctor never did figure out the cause, but it went away on it's own. Do you still get these pains today? Did you see a gastroenterologist or just a physician? If you are still having problems I would go to a specialist or maybe get a second opinion if you've already seen one.
