Q: Noticed Something With Head of My Penis

16 year old, un circumiszed, if that matters

i was checking it out today, and I noticed that my "pee hole" is purple around the outside of it. I opened the hole up a lil, and I could see alot of purple, and it looked swollen kinda.

What is this?

Its cool dont worry about it mine was like that ocasionaly. It never hurt me. It does go away to. You been cleaning correctly like no soap every day things like that right? If you have I would not even worry about it in the least bit. One more thing I am intact to.
