Can you get strep b from kissing some one who has it. Can you get strep b in your throat. If you have sex with a girl that has strep and you have a torn frenulum can you get strep b from that?

Strep is a bacteria. Yes you can get it by kissing, sex, whatever. Exchange of bodily fluids that contain the bacteria can infect you.
