For all you girls who have already had their babies, or for everyone who is late in their pregnancies, how early did you start to dilate? Im just curious because i'm at 37 and ahlf weeks and I know its early, but with so many weeks of intense braxton-hicks, I figured that I might have at least have dilated a cm. But when I went to the doctor I wasnt dilated at all and the head was still high up. So if anyone has anything to say that would be great. Thanx!

I was 1cm at 37 weeks. I was 2 cm at 38 weeks. And 1 day after my due date, when I went to the hospital to have my baby I have already dilated at home to 7cm

I never dialated with either one of my previous pregnancies. I went to 42 weeks with my first and had no sign of labor coming so I was induced, I dialated to 4 after 23 hours labor and ended with a c-section. The next time I had a planned c-section at 38 weeks, and I even went into preterm labor 2 times but I never dialted at all!
