Rh incompatibility is not a problem in your 1st pregnancy (pregnancy here meaning also where you have previously miscarried or had an abortion) & so long as the dr knows that one of you is - & the other is & knows any previous pregnancy history no check should be needed a jab is given to you to counter the issue (that was all I needed before my daughter was born 16 years ago - as I had had 2 miscarriages before her - I then had another jab before my son was born 9 years ago.

No issues or problems with either.
