Everyone swears by chiropractors, I disagree I would leave there feeling worse than when I went in, I have neck and back injuries, I use a home tens unit and swear by it , its a nerve stimulator I get lots of relief nothing else ever worked

Yep! Try to avoid surgeries as long as you can, I have had 2 neck fusions and even though I have a tens unit I still have a lot of trouble. I sure am glad that it is helping you!
Sincerely,
sandy

Tens Unit
A tens unit is a small device that has electrodes you hook it up to what ever part of your body hurts, basically its a nerve stimulating device and it sends small shocks to your nerves and helps stimulate the injured area, because I was involved in an auto accident I got a rx from the doctor took it to a place that sells home and hospital supplies and my insurance paid for it, normally they run around $300.00, they also have tens wraps, which instad of using electrode pads, the tens unit connects to the wrap, and works a larger part of the area, that sells for $75 to $150.00 depending on what part of your body you need it for, if you want to know anything more you can e mail or pm me

ah, sounds like a Dr.Ho. I bought one of those a while ago and it's helped considerably.
