Hello, i'm new here and english is not my first language so mistakes are possible.. Sorry

This happend to me twice in last seven days and it lasted util I calmed myself down.
If this problems are only psychic, can anything happen to me physical durnig this "attacks"?

I do not know a lot, but I have had what they call anxiety attacks that caused my pulse to sky rocket during stressful times. Stress can cause many physical effects. Good luck and try to keep calm
