Can you get pregnant the day your period should start, and when is the soonest after a missed period you can take a pregnacy test and get a positve reading?I still havent gotten it my cycle is about 28 days long and this website has a period calculator which tells you if your period was late by traking your period history, it said I ws 14days late.What do you guys think?

2 weeks after intercourse. If you are already late a test would be accurate now.

If you are already 14 days late you should definitly take a test.

Im 19 I would welcome a baby, the thing is I took a test yesterday and it said I wasnt pregnant, I thought it may be too early for the test to show and I was wondering if getting cramps sfter sex is a sign of pregnancy?

Well you should take it about a week to 2 weeks from being late. I was about 2 weeks late when I took the test and it was positive. You should take more than 1 test and dont trust those calculators just yet. When was the last time you had your period? You can also just be late.

Yeah try taking another test, or if you dont trust them get a blood test. Good luck!

Nikki, I had my last period on april 1st, abd I believe it is late my periods are normally every 28 days-33days apart

Ok then it either could be late and coming soon. Or you might be pregnant. Take another test to find out. Maybe a better brand like e.P.T. Or something.

Umm I just read a post of urs in the abortion forum!! U already had an abortion and now were thinking u were preg again? Im glad it turned out u werent! Y arent u being more careful?!

i took a test the day before I was due and it read positive.
