My husband and I do not have sex to much, but sometimes,
not all the time I get a yeast infection ,could he be infecting
me, and do you think he is getting it from another female.

Please give me your opinion, I have always though that he was having an affair. Thank you

Did you have a yeast infection first? Because if you did, then had sex with your hubby and then cleared it up, he has now got it, and keeps passing it to you each and every time you have sex. He needs to get to a doctor and get that cleared up right away. However if you did not have the yeast infection first, I would say that he did get it from someone else, I dont know if its possible for men to catch it first (even though it can be passed onto them) but I could be wrong!

I agree with the above.

But it could also just be from having sex. I get yeast infections all of the time when I am active. Some women are just closer together down there and when you have intercourse bacteria gets into the wrong places and you develop an infection.

I agree with the two replys above if you had a yeast infection and it wasnt completely gone and your having sex its likely your going to be reinfected each time, with us woman it is so easy to get yeast infections and utis after having sex because our vagina and urethra are so close together and if your not cleaning yourself afterwards, or going pee right after sex your more prone to infections, it sucks, men have it so easy
