Well, I have been dating this guy for about 2 months and we both have been sexually active for about 2 years each. He has been with 3 girls but all of them were on birth control. He is only the second guy I have been with, but I am not on birth control. He wants me to be, but I am scared to tell my mom that I need to be on birth control. Is there a way for me to get birth control without my parents finding out? Sad well, to help you all out, i'm only 16 and he is 19. That is sorta why I don't want to tell my mom I need birth control. Maybe, this will help.

If you can set up an appointment with your doctor and request the b/c on your own then you should try. But if not then you should tell your mom. I was like that a long time ago but I would make jokes about it because she was so overprotective like "well I suggest you get me the pill if you dont want no rugrats running around!" you need to be cool about it and let her know you need to get it. My mom even went out of her way to get me and my fiance condoms until I could get on the patch! Hahaha and she says, let me know when you need more! Ill get them quick! I didnt even want to ask her for the pill but she knew I needed it and said shed make an appointment to get me it. Of course I was 18 so she was ok that I was older. How old are you anyways. Well its good you need the pill. Try whatever and good luck!

You Can
Go to the health department nearest you and they could give you birth control pills without letting your parents know. If it comes down to it ask a teacher, a friend mom or whoever you can trust with your secrets.

Have your periods been regular? Mine were not so the Dr. Put me on birth control to regulate me and now I still take it but for other reasons and my grandmother didn't have to know.

Go to your local planned parent hood. I started the pill when I was 17. They make it very easy, and very confidential. It is always better to be honest with your parents, but if you know they will question you and make it uncomfortable, then whatever local free clinic in your area I would suggest to make an appointment with them.
