for the last few weeks i've found i've
been a lot tighter down there and it has
been hard to have sex.
More recently, i've just come off my
period (this all started before - and my
pains this time have been a little worse,
particularly to start with while I was
opening up) and if anything I think i've
perhaps got a bit tighter.
Most of the time I have trouble getting a
single finger in there without it hurting,
although my boyfriend has managed to get
me relaxed enough to get in and give me
some much needed pleasure with his
finger!
It seems that i'm basically just really
tight - but I don't know why. Anyone got
any suggestions?

If you are actually sore you may have an
infection. May want to get that
checked.
If you are getting "tighter" just go with
it. Your muscles could just be getting
stronger or tensed up for some reason.
Try to relax.
