Hey there,

i'm having this wierd sensation in my skin. You can actually see my skin moving at times. I don't know if it's nerve or blood vessel related. If you've ever heard the expression your skin is crawling thats what it looks and feels like. It almost feels like my blood is trying to force itself through the veins. Can anybody relate??

Yes, I have had that too. I don't know what causes it. Lady brannon might know? I get it at odd times.

I Think I Know!
I have them a lot!!!!! They, supposedly, are very localized muscle spasms!!! I sat there one day and my leg was moving and shaking for over an hour. I have had them on my face, legs, arms, hands, and even on one of my breasts!

I have heard they can be caused by the lupus, fibromyaligia and/or possibly your meds!!!!

I would, as usual, mention it to your doctor and see what he/she has to say...They can probably check a few things on a lab panel...I know I am a consistent hypokylemic (sp?) and that can cause or exacerbate the issue.

I hope this helps! Hugs to all,
ladybrannon
