Hi, guys. I'm new here.

About me: i'm 33 years old, single white male in a semi-stressful job that I like alot. I've had jobs before with major stress, but no eye twitching. I don't have any known diseases or medical conditions. Though I do have minor allergies. my diet has changed recently, to the atkins diet... But I was on that twice before with no eye twitching. No major environmental changes either.

I come here to ask about a problem that has me fairly worried. For the last couple of years (at least?), my right pupil will occasionally be smaller than my left pupil. I never thought much about it, but for the last three weeks, that same eye has been twitching alot, getting worse over the last week. It twitches for awhile, several times a day now. Yesterday it was twitching so hard and for so long, that my eye socket started to feel a little sore.

Doing research on the net brings up issues for small pupil and other issues for eye twitching, but neither seem to be brought up together for any particular problem.


I'm here to ask what this might be and if the two problems could be related.


I have no insurance (i'm a tech guy on a temp-to-perm contract).
