Hi all,

i'm doing some research on people's experiences with safflower, boswellia, glucosamine hydrochloride, and cat's claw in resolving pain. Can anyone enlighten me on if they've used these herbs and what the affects were?

Thanks!

safflower
I wouldn't count on safflower to help pain. As I understand, it has high ammounts of omega-6. You will probably do much better with flax seed oil. It has high ammounts of omega-3, which is what you want for pain, inflammation, etc. Cod liver oil will do even better.
