My arms always appear to be dry. My doctore tells me that it is ingrown hair follicles. When you look closely at my arm hairs you can see that instead of 1 hair coming out of one hole, there is almost 2 in all of them. He gave me some cream to use but it did not work. If any has this problem please tell me what you did to fix it.
Also my face looks as if I have rosascea, but he tolf me that they were ingrown hair follicles as well.
