I AM ONE WEEK POST OP AND FINALLY GOT MY
BOWELS WORKING AGAIN BUT MY BLADDER IS
STARTING TO HURT AT THE END OF THE VOID.I
CALLED MY DR THEY CALLED OUT DETROL.I AM
NOT GOING TO OFTEN IT JUST HURTS WHEN I
GO.SO I STARTED TAKING AZO 3 TIMES A DAY.I
WOKE UP ITCHING ALL OVER AND VERY
EMOTIONAL CRYING SPELLS.I CAN'T TELL IF
THIS IS NORMAL REACTION TO THE SURGERY OR
IF I AM HAVING SOME KIND OF REACTION

It doesn't seem likely that painful
urination is related to your recent
hysterectomy. It is probable that you are
experiencing a Urinary Tract Infection
(UTI). You might ask your Doctor perform
a simple urine test to determine this.
The itching and emotional bouts may be
caused by anxiety. You might want to
discuss these symptoms with your Doctor as
well.
