I'm was diagnosed with Trichomoniasis 2 days ago (symptoms began 9 days prior) and symptoms worsened day after treatment began and I have yet to feel ANY relief! My doctor put me on Metronidazole 500mg twice a day for 7 days. I am having difficulties walking, sitting, bending over, or sleeping(pretty much 24/7)! I have tried ice, vaginal cream for itching, lose clothing, keeping it dry, and several others. I have VERY important dinner engagement tomorrow night (in less than 24 hours) any advice on what I can do to get through it? I have to entertain group of people for several hours....PLEASE HELP?
