...someone has said to you about your child?

I was on the shuttle bus yesterday after work and this 18-year-old kid started playing with Kaylee's toys in her stroller (which was rude in itself). Suddenly he blurted out "She is SO white!!!" I was like, "um, ok." People are just so irritating sometimes. Rolling Eyes

That's rude!

Brian was playing in Chuck E Cheese, and some man walks up to my husband and says "what's wrong with your son?". Brian 'bout busted a cap on his ass.

Did he think something was mentally wrong with your son? I think I would've kicked him in the nuts!

He said Brian was staring at him Rolling Eyes . Brian was watching him because he said he was demanding Jordan to get off a ride that he was on. He likes to protect Jordan.

I hate it when random people come up with me & ask how old Kaylee is.. When I tell them they do this kinda face Shocked & go on about how small she is, as if I don't feed her.

That would drive me nuts, if I were you, Michelle! They don't blatantly say they think you're a bad parent, but you KNOW that's what they're thinking!
And you're a great mom, btw.

Seriously, what makes people think they can say things like that out loud? Or even suggest it?

So, um, why are we sheep now???

Same thing with Nate. It drives me nuts. They think that he just turned three because he is so small. They look at Pat because he is so tall...yeah, I know what they are thinking.

someone walked by us in the mall and told her husband "wow, that baby needs to be coiffed" My son has curly, curly hair and when you take out his hat it gets just like kramers! Who would say that about a baby? People are tards!

the only person who has ever bugged me is my neighbor. every single time we saw her last summer she would say "he's so pale. you need to take him outside more." then when i'd see her if we were playing outside or getting ready for a walk, she'd say "i hope he has plenty of sunscreen on. he does have sunscreen on, doesn't he?"

My mother-in-law always has something to say also. Not really anything negative towards Kaylee, she just says certain things like "omg, she scratched her face. Is she going to be ok?". It's like, "she's fine... I swear she will live." LOL and I swear every single day she says "K had a big big poop today. I think her tummy is bugging her." I just have to smile and nod Rolling Eyes
