Q: Facial swelling and debilitating fatigue

Every single day I get horrible facial swelling. I also have debilitating fatigue and I am not sure if the two things are connected. I have been to every doctor you can imagine but no one can figure out what is causing the swelling in my face. I am so sick of it because it has been going on for about a year now. It makes me so self conscious and I just wish that my face would go back to the way it used to be. If anyone has any ideas at all about what is going on then some feedback would be greatly appreciated. I am really at the end of my rope with the fatigue and constant swelling.

As far as the fatique is concerned-I know what you are talking about. I used to be so tired that brushing my hair in the mornings redused me to tears. I just did not have the energy.
In my case it was adrenal burnout. You could ask you GP to test you for that. And according to the websites I read, if one of your glands start giving trouble, so does the rest. (thyriod, ovaries, adrenal ect)
The swelling in your face might be because of your ovaries. I saw a program once on women whose faces 'swelled' when they ovulated. Apparently it is natures' way to make a woman look younger and more attractive to men.
I basically just went on a fast for a couple of days (consult your doctor before you do this) and I've been on a rather strict raw diet for a couple of years now, and problem solved.

Good luck.
