YOU WROTE: I have never been able to sense the ejaculatory process meaning during intercourse i cannot sense the tension build up followed by the release of semen. I have been able to sense this earlier during my teens but now I am not able to do so, hence i'm not able to orgasm or enjoy sex at all. This has affected my marital life and also my peace of mind. my semen analysis is normal and testosterone levels are about 430. i've been to an endocrinologist who has verified that all my hormone levels are normal. My urologist mentioned that anatomically everything seems to fine on the outer side. My sex therapist mentioned that my issues are not pshycological.
Current medical treatment: tried wellbutrin didn't work.

It seems that you can reach ejaculation but can’t feel the sensation of the orgasm. Without feeling an orgasm, it seems obvious that a person can't enjoy sex. According to the urologist’s and endocrinologist’s opinions your genitals are functioning properly. However, another possible location for the problem could be your brain. An orgasm is a complex series of reactions that occur in the brain. Each orgasm is provoked by erotic stimuli coming from the genitals whose climax (for men) is ejaculation. It seems that your problem is not neurologic, however, because the visible manifestation of the orgasm, ejaculation, is present. Therefore, the only remaining diagnostic possibility is that your problem is psychological. You can ask for another opinion from a psychiatrist or sex therapist in order to target the possible reasons for this disorder.
