Well it does sound (from what you described in your original post) that you aren't getting enough nutrition-
Eating is like putting gas in your car. If you don't eat enough, you will get irritable, dizzy, weak, depressed, all those things. Especially if you're dancing or doing other physical activity.
So if you're a teen, you should be getting at least 1500 (1200 if you're over 1

calories per day. And if you're doing any physical activity, you need more than that. If you're not, that's where you need to start.
But I don't really know, I'm just going off what you wrote in your original post. Those things could be caused by stress as well, and it sounds like you've got plenty of that.
