Wow, what an ordeal. The headache associated with a bleed like that is horrendous. I asked patients that had bleeds and had a history of migraines if the headache was the same. They all have said the headache associated with a bleed is far worse. You had the typical symptoms of a bleed. I am glad to see you recovered well. If you think of it ask your neuro doc why no oil. I am interested in why you can not have oil. Interesting.

my dad is a long-time herbal 'expert'. he gave me some fish oil but can't take due to meds i am on. he's always bringing me herbal stuff =) i keep telling him i can't take them! he's a good daddy. i grew up thinking that plain chereoes where a snack, ha ha! i didn't know what sodas where until i went to my hometown and drank some gingerale =) to this day, i don't like sodas.

fyi - my dr. said that i can take any pain meds to help me while switching from seroquel to ablilfy. yay! it def help, to say the least! even over the counter meds help. but nothing with DM on it.... cough meds. i can even take prescription pain meds. those help more so than the over the counter. NOT saying anyone can do this! check with your doc first to make sure there are no interactions.

xoxo
peace and love!

so... i've been gone for a bit
just want to catch you guys up on my progress, yes progress Smile

i've been functioning now for about 2 months without any episodes. i did have a minor panic attach when i got called for an interview. the abilify is working very well! i feel like myself again, finally! i go on my 3rd interview, same company, today at 2pm. i'm very excited and hope i get the job. i'm ready to get back in the game. which i know most of you can relate Wink

my only complaint is i'm still getting tired mid-day, despite eating healthy and exercising.
