Well, what have you tried, i recently wrote a prayer for you, have you tried that.
I am so saddened that you have this on your shoulders but the only one that can bring you out of it is you. What do you want me to do for you? I can try if you let me know.

i don't know what you can do for me but im sure you can think of something

All i can do is give you hope, but you have to do for yourself what nobody else can.

create a positive mind set to start with, i know it's not easy but with every negative thought you have, entertain yourself & think of an equally positive one. try giving yourself the advice that you would give someone you love a lot. these are the things only you can do. If you can't think of anything positive put the questions to this forum, you know you will always get a response!

have you been told that you have a deadly disease that will kill you before you get old? If not then get off the cross and start controlling your destiny...not to be rude but wallowing in self pity is the easy way to deal with crap..its lazy and anti productive..
