Last night when I was going to sleep my heart beat three times in a row loudly, instead of two. I wouldn't say it hurt, but it felt like someone knocked on my chest three times in a row really fast.

I'd like to get some good input on what it is and how it can be treated. I'm a 23 year old and my last blood pressure test showed a result of 146/111.

Is this possibly caused directly by my high blood pressure, and will treating my blood pressure make it go away?
