Hi erica im sorry to hear your like that my girl heather(noodleandshorty) is pretty much the same she kinda was on the verg of being like depressed and not and lots of stress but with the baby comin now things are like magnified by 10x, I do know there are some anti-biotics you can get from your dr to take that are still safe but you need to talk to your dr first cause in some cases you cant take it til after the baby is born no matter how bad it gets...But there are some things you can try like, just getting out for a walk, or letting it all out cause somtimes ya just gotta let it out to get it done with, but remember that this isnt you because you have hormones skyrocketing right now and everything seems worse or better than it really is depending on your mood try thinking of that next time you wanna kick some a$$ lol, actually stop and think about what your doing and say to yourself "would I be doing this if I wasent prego or are the hormones just getting the best of me?" just somthing like that should help you a little im sorry if I dont help but thats the best I know

Thanks it helps. I will prolly wait till after the baby cuz I know I need something but like yesterday was awful all I did was cry over everything I felt like a 2 year old that needed a nap real bad lol. I hope ur girl is doing ok. Men will never truly know what it is like to actually be preggy although they do put up with alot of crap from us lol lol I think I scare my man sometimes he gives me these strange looks like im insane or he'll just leave the room rofl . But it is so nice that there are men out there that can understand and be supportive thanks again! ~erica.

I didn't read your original post before you edited it I wish I had I just wanted to say that there are some pregnancy safe anti-depressants. Usually doctors will weigh out the risks of you being stressed and depressed all the time against the minimal/possible side effects of the medication. Perhaps zoloft or somethin similar would be worth a try.
Hope your ok

No problem erica I not only understand but went through the crying thing just tonight with heather I mean she wouldnt stop crying and it was really over nothing but she just made it a big deal, I really listen to people and try to give them tips and with my heather I just try to be there for her as best I can so if u need any other pointers or anything I can try and help I read like everything possiable about this stuff cause of heather and I wanna know what to expect, I think im the only dad that sits on the comp on this forum and that constantly looks stuff up about prego stories and everything possiable just to know what to expect when and if it does happen. So what I can tell you is good luck and im here for ya if you wanna talk

Another thing is that prozac, paxil, and zoloft have all been tested on pregnancys and do not harm the baby in any way so those I think are the top 3 choises im not sure any other ones, but if you do talk to your dr the first thing they will wanna do is get you to a theripist but I think you said you were already gonna go so nvm

I was on zoloft last year I stopped takin it cuz I got preg. But a couple months ago my doc. Said that it's ok if u take zoloft I just would rather not take anything if I can deal without it! Im doin alright now but right after I stopped takin it I swear I was having withdraws!!
