i have been very anxious and nervous nd panicky for the past couple of months... ive had a past history of anxiety disorder and panic disorder in the past but i was coming along so well... but recently ive been experiencing it more constantly and am a very big hypochondriac now.. i have hand tremors and constant pain in my joints and muscles and feel decreased movement and my doctor told me i have an essential tremor but recently i noticed my tongue shakes or spasm or tremors i really dunt no wat to call it and it doesnt really affect me much but it drives me crazy cuz im scared its something serious like sometimes i feel like i cant talk like but i could still talk it just feels wierd and doctors dont really tell me much i dont know if its stress or anxiety or if its something serious maybe someone on here can help ... really appreciate it.

The only thing I can thing of in terms of stress/anxiety, is the fact that you might be contracting your muscles, unwittingly. I get head tremors and sometimes even hand tremors when I'm in certain social situations and due to the fact that it only happens when I am in a stressfull/anxious situation, I can rule out other neurological/physical problems.

Can you pinpoint when these symptoms occur?

not really i cant really say for sure... it defiantely happens when im more stressed out but it occurs throughout the day at random times .. im going to see a rhematologist in a week so mabe ill gewt answers then

I get these tremors too.. I think it's just stress and your body is 'reacting' to the stress
