Q: Mixing Vitamins and their effects

My brother just started working at a store called Vitamin World. So he's been taking a lot of vitamins together, and so have I. I ask him if it's safe to take all those vitamins and if they counter each other or not and he tells me that I have nothing to worry about. In order to work at Vitamin World he really didn't need any experience in the medical field, so I'm not sure that I trust him or the other workers there. This is what we take everyday:

Triple Omega 3-6-9 (flax, fish and borage oils)
Joint Soother (Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM)
Green Source (Multi Vitamins and Minerals with whole food concentrates)
PB 8 (Pro-biotic Acidophilus 14 Billion Good Bacteria)
Sea Kelp (150 mcg of natural source iodine)
Valerian Root Extract

Universal Animal M-Stack (The Hardgainer's Stack)

We take the recommended amount of these every day all at once practically. Is there anything that we should be worried about? Your help would be VERY appreciated. Thank you =)

Vitamins actually work BETTER when used in combination. You'll get a benefit from taking them individually, but the benefit is increased when certain vitamins are used in combination with others.
