If the garage is going to be HIS, then that's where the pool table belongs. There are too many windows in the sunroom for (occasionally) drunk men to have pool cues and pool balls.

Isn't it nice!! I hope it's as nice in person as it is in the pictures! Everyones telling us not to get the first house we look at but we're both in love with this one! It's cheaper AND nicer than any of the other ones we've looked at!

We bought the first house we looked, and 2 years later we are still VERY happy we did. Do what feels right to you, don't listen to everybody else!!!

I told him the exact same thing! We'd be replacing windows every month, especially the way she shoots the balls off the table!

B, that's what I was thinking, I'd love to have all Kaylee's toys in there so they aren't taking up the living room & the whole rest of the house! I usually always get my way so we'll see Laughing

Tell him you'll even let him have a dehumidifier, space heater, and window air conditioning unit for the garage!

I just read your comment to Shane & he said "If this place looks as good as it does online, it's sold, I don't care what anyone says!"

I did, too, lol! As long as it isn't the ONLY house you look at, there's nothing wrong with it.
