Q: irregular bleeding after starting the pill

I just started taking birth control around 2 weeks ago when my period started. Everything was fine until 3-4 days after my period was over i noticed my discharge had a slight brownish colour to it..i didnt think much of it until i had sex with my boyfriend 2 nights ago and i noticed that there was actually blood. There was very little, but since that happened, ive had a more noticable brown discharge, but no more sign of blood. Is this just from starting birth control aagain, or should i be more worried?
