Q: bakers cyst on left leg

Had surgery on Dec 2007 the cyst has come back.Doctors say never have seen this before. It is a bakers cyst that has somehow gotten into my leg.Don't know what to do. Had the swelling in my leg drained 3 times each time fills back up within 2 hours.
