I used to have an eating disorder. It
started when I was 18. I got treatment.
Recovered. I've been eating disorder free
for about 2 years now. I'm 22 now.
When I had the eating disorder I used to
fast all the time and it'd be normal for
me to be constipated. But now that I'm
eating again and things are back to normal
my bowel movements have not gone back to
normal.
As of right now, it's been 2 weeks since
my last bowel movement. I had one bowel
movement in the last 2 weeks but it was
seriously, barely anything.
This thing is killing me. I eat healthy
foods. I'm 5"4 and 110 pounds now. My
stress level is slightly high because I'm
finishing college. But I'm not sedentary.
I am conscious of fiber and eating fruits
and veggies.
I don't know what else to try. I use
laxatives as a last resort. But it's
terribly painful. And I hate having this
problem.
In the last few months I've gained 5
pounds. I've been very tired. And with the
constipation and some other symptoms, I
thought I had a hypothyroidism. But I went
to the clinic and my TSH levels were
ok.... and I'm running out of ideas as to
why this is happening to me.
It's starting to affect my self esteem. I
really am feeling terrible about myself
and I will do anything to fix this. I'm
desperate.

that right or not.
