I'm almost 60. I just cut my progesterone in half. And i've noticed many things changing after I did that. The question I have is i'm losing my hair. Do I need to see a doctor about this? Embarassed

Hot Flashes
I am a 61 year old post menopausal woman. I have been on hrt for 14 years and would like to get off this medication. I took myself off a month and a half ago. I have no mood swings, depression or period. However the hot flashes are severe. How long can I expect to have them? Will they get less intense and frequent.? Would it help to take a hrt every other day ? Will it be easier to lose weight after stopping hrt and will my hair loss be less ?

Thank you,

have a great day
