Q: Lower Back Pain

Hi all..!!

Im new to this and i was wondering if you could help me..!?

Im really confused because i have been having problems with my back for almost a year now. Im a 16 year old girl who is very active and my lower back has been giving me a bit of trouble It is hard to actually pinpoint where the pain is but i have a constant dull ache at the bottom of my back which is sometimes stiff in the morning and at night. It is absolutely fine when i am training but afterwards it is sore. It hurts when i bend forwards and backwards too....My blood tests are fine so....can you help me please ..??

At your age of 16, degenerative disorders are uncommon, but other conditions s like scoliosis (spinal curvature) kifosis ("swimmers posture") or lordosis (swayback), could be present. You can consult your family physician or an orthopaedic doctor for a diagnosis.
