Q: Follistim and Repronex - intramuscular?

I am on day 4 of stims in my first IVF cycle. My current protocol is Synarel nasal spray morning and evening, and Follistim (225IU) and Repronex (75IU) mixed together and injected intramuscularly in my hip every evening.

I've only heard other women talking about taking Follistim and Repronex subcutaneously in the abdomen, and I've searched and searched online and can't find any reference to these drugs being given IM, or to them being mixed and injected together. Is anyone else doing this?
