Hi everyone, how are you?

Has anyone ever had this before? I often feel like I'm being pricked with a pin all over my body! I'll just be sitting there and my arm will hurt and I'll look around for my attracker but no one is there! It doesnt happen as much as it used to but I'm wondering if it has anything to do with my nerves? Another weird thing, the bottom of my left foot will prick, followed immediately by a prick in my stomach! Weird! Its like a double attack by a ninja! Also my hands shake, someone once told me that could be something to do with my nervous system. I could never be a surgen! Can anyone pour some light onto this?

Nerves
Hi Salus i think it is something to do with nerves too, just comes on unexpected i used to get something like that, it used to go right through my body and felt very weird like a prickly crawling feeling, i can not remember why i got it, but i went on depressents for another problem and that prickly feeling went away, ask you Doc if he has any ideas to why it comes about, and if your worried about it he may be able to help' Best bet is to go to Health store and get a herb that will uplift ' calm' and balance you out, i am taking something i got from the health store called"Holy Basil" and its great , and organic so it wont upset your tummy, and i stopped taking
depressents

SHARP PRICKS ALL OVER
This is a reply to Salus, don't know if it will end up in the right place, this is really weird I didn't think I would find anything about this anywhere but straight away I got your post and yes that is exactly what happens all the time, I look to see if I'm being stung or pricked by something or someone, it's gets pretty painful sometimes !!!!!!

I suspect it could be a acupuncture effect kind of thing, I know that when I press the calf of my leg I get a sharp pain in my right abdomen, same sort of feeling .

I thought it could be something to do with the digestion, I really wonder about it but feel better to know that this happens to others.
I know I have gall bladder problems but am managing those quite well by eating carefully, very little and very little fat, so maybe it could be that !!!???

Also I used antidepressants for a while and a muscle relaxant, Xanax, all very briefly because I'm scared of that stuff, and I know that can give you withdrawal feelings like crawly skin, so who knows.

Not really worried about it though, but wondering what it might be.

peace luvcomp

Hey Karinhere! Its actually stopped happening to me now..not sure why, I never did why out why this happened. I did have really bad indisgestion, but I've gotten control of that now, maybe that two are linked? I am taking digestive enzeymes pills before meals, they are really good! strange sensations, answer to salus
hi, yes it does come and go, and I really believe that as I said before it seems to be some sort of neurological kind of acupuncture effect, the way you get a pain in your chest from indigestion.

Also, I use the massaging of the skin between thumb and forefinger to get rid of headache, something I instinctively started doing, sortof the wringing of hands initially during extreme migraines, turns out this is an actual acu pressure point!!!!!

I AM NOT AS TOTALLY UNWELL AS THIS MAKES ME SEEM, WHAT WITH PRICKS AND MIGRAINES, JUST INCIDENTAL STUFF, PRETTY HEALTHY OTHERWISE, COULD BE MUCH WORSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(can't add smileyfaces here in quick reply, think a few !!!!!, also a rainbow)
