Hey all, Ive posted on here a few times explaining situations but now im just getting confused and extremely nervous. None of this is going away, and ive been dealing with doctors and cardiologists for a few months now, with no definate answer.

I have high blood pressure. Im also 21 years old, 5 foot 11 and 189 lbs and in good physical condition.
Im on 20mg of Liciniprol (sp?) and 180mg of cardizem cd. I was averaging around 178-186 over 92-101. Now after a few months on this medicine im now averagine around 159-168 for top number and my bottom number fluctuates greatly, but usually 90-94 but sometimes will start reading 58-61. Its monitored daily by myself with my bp monitor they gave me, and the nurses office at work, and my weekly apts with doctors. So this alone is kind of annoying. Especially since im eating extremely healthy, especially cutting out all unhealthy fats and salt/sodium.

Im still experiencing all my prior symptoms to almost the same degree (constant chest pains, lack of breathe, body parts going numb/tingly, and getting extremely lightheaded and out of focus) as before and that also concerns me.

Everytime I get an EKG done the results come back on the paper showing/stating unstable angina, left ventricle abnormalities, and slight right ventricle abnormalities. Don't know what this is, but why aren't they doing anything about it?

Ive got an ultrasound (just a basic one, not a stress [says they wont do it till my bp lowers] nor one where i need to take any special kind of fluid) and my doctor says everything looks "ok" not good or normal (trust me I asked) but just said "ok". what is that supposed to mean!? I dont get a response from him, or anyone in the office, including the other cardiologists. My insurance is being obnoxious and saying to stick it out with my cardiologist for now. Ok, I will. But why can I not get a straight answer?!

I went for a renal/kidney ultrasound friday night. My cardiologist gave them the go ahead to do an angioplasty or a stent if necessary. Ok, where did he come up with this without taking an ultrasound yet? Anyways, they take the ultrasound and I ask where the doctor to read them is. The technician said he is not here tonight (due to a big snow storm we had, which sucks even more cuz I plow, so im losing a ton of money because im here.) I ask the technician how it looked, and he said I don't think you have anything to be worried about, but your kidneys do look a bit swollen. Ok, im not one to judge people, and he was doing his job well, and was very polite the whole time and always asking if I was ok and stuff, but does he know what he was saying?! Should I take what he said with a false sense of hope?! ARGH! He told me to call my cardiologist at some point during the week, as he says the two doctors would talk about the results and I should find out information when I call!

Ive had enough of this. I was in the ER 2 months ago when I thought I was experiencing a heart attack, especially since I couldnt breathe, couldnt feel my body incept for my chest pains, and then passed out. The ER doctor told me to not do drugs, hooked me up to an EKG(which yieled the same results as said before), and took an xray and told me to go home. A, I dont do drugs, and never will do drugs B dont treat me like a kid.

Am I getting a rope a dope because of my age? It sure feels that way. Anytime I go I always get the same thing, wow your so young for this stuff. FOR WHAT STUFF?! Can someone tell me please?! I can guarentee you my BP is through the roof right now, but I cannot stand it no more. I need answers, and I need them now.

My work needs answers and needs them now as well. Both my physican and my cardiologist said to be on light duty at work (I have a very physical job, luckily its winter so its not nearly as bad, only plowing, shoveling snow, and shoveling cold patch out of a dump truck to temporarily fill pot holes) but obviously its been neglicted. Work either wants you there to work , or not there at all. No light duty crap, and im not the kind of person to leave work, as I cant afford to do so right now, and since I dont have any real sort of medical diagnostic right now incept for hypertension, im def. not going to be able to use my sick time/sick bank for this.

Someone give me peice of mind and let me know what im up against, im sorry for the huge rant, I just honestly can't take it no more, I need answers, but no matter how hard I try, im not getting any. Maybe they honestly aren't finding anything wrong, but what is causing all of this? I know this stuff doesn't just randomly pop up for a few months then dissapear. A guy at work (54) just recently went through all of this, didn't get any answers, and 2 months later had 2 major heart attacks, and now is hospitalized by some sort of heart problem that was overlooked or not noticed before.

Thanks again all, im looking forward to all of your responses, I need some sort of peace of mind. Thanks again.
