I have had this happen twice. One night I had a lot to drink and two days after my right testicle began to feel as if I had pulled a muscle sort of or as if it were twisted but the pain went away in a couple days. Now I did the same thing and I currently am feeling the pain. I went to do the doctor and he found nothing wrong and then the pain went away. Could this be testicular torsion?
